3D tools These controls affect only the 3D viewer and selected 3D objects. Objects remain independent voxel data.

Analyze
Measurements 2D point, distance, and angle are drawn directly on the active 2D slice. The Point tool uses the same click system as Distance, but commits after one click. 3D distance is taken between two clicks on a 3D object surface. All measurements stay tied to the slice or object they were created on.

Translate / Rotate
Moves the selected mask or object. Translation shifts it in millimetres along X/Y/Z; Rotation turns it in degrees. A live preview shows the move before you commit. Add follower items to move several pieces together. Apply commits the shown transform; Reset clears the preview.
